Dealer Solutions Representative

Our Dealer Solutions Representative serves as a liaison between Diskloz and automotive dealerships, helping them navigate and utilize various products, services, and solutions offered by the company. They are responsible for ensuring that dealerships have the necessary tools, information, and support to optimize their business operations.


  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, acting as the primary point of contact for any questions, concerns, or support needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the Diskloz's products, services, and solutions tailored for dealerships. Provide expertise and guidance to dealerships on how to effectively use these offerings to improve their business.

  • Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions or workshops for dealership staff to educate them on the company's products and services, ensuring they can use them effectively.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by dealerships promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Sales Support: Assist dealerships in understanding pricing structures, contracts, and other sales-related matters. Provide information and resources to help them make informed decisions.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze dealership data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Offer data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide dealerships with relevant insights and suggestions.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from dealerships regarding the company's products and services. Share this feedback with the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with dealerships, track progress, and generate reports on key performance indicators.



  • Minimum 3 years experience in automotive sales/finance/marketing/management, and/or a related field/assets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations.

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to travel to visit dealerships if necessary.

  • Must be a team player.
